Sophie Pellegrini, LCSW (She/They)
Staff Therapist, Billing Coordinator
Sophie is a queer and neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting clients as they uncover and connect with their most authentic, grounded selves. Through a balance of warmth, compassion, and supportive challenge, Sophie encourages clients to offer more tender care to the parts of themselves that may be suffering. She aims to create an empowering, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space that invites reflection, creativity, and curiosity.
Sophie specializes in working with clients who are exploring identity, gender, sexuality, and relationships, with a focus on queer, trans/nonbinary, ADHD, Autistic, and non-monogamous folks. Their therapeutic practice is anchored in relational, attachment-based, and feminist therapies, and incorporates somatic techniques for working with trauma, such as EMDR therapy and nervous system regulation. Sophie’s approach is rooted in the neurodiversity framework of mental health and a commitment to anti-oppressive practice. She believes that, at its best, therapy has the potential to move us toward deeper community connection and collective liberation.
Sophie practices therapy in Missouri and Colorado and offers coaching anywhere.
