Dr. Leah Goodman, LCSW, OTR/L (She/They)

Dr. Leah Goodman (she/they) is a queer-identified therapist and educator based in Chicago, IL. Leah builds spaces full of warmth, humor and affirmation that allow people to safely explore the patterns in their lives and relationships that contribute to distress. She meets clients where they are while working collaboratively toward self-reflection, self-compassion, and growth. Leah’s goal is to provide opportunities for people to feel fully seen and valued as they develop new insights and tools to cultivate meaningful, connected lives. She specializes in working with adults who identify as LGBTQ+ and finds joy in supporting clients as they navigate identity, relationships, sexuality, self-worth, and career and life transitions.

Leah is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed doctor of occupational therapy with substantial educator experience in the fields of mental health, well-being and sex education. She has worked as a university professor, curriculum developer, and consultant, and is also a certified yoga instructor.

Leah practices therapy in Illinois and offers coaching anywhere.
